ERW Rectangular Steel Pipe

ERW Rectangular Steel Pipe is a rectangular hollow steel section manufactured from steel strip through high-frequency electric resistance welding.

1. Raw Material Inspection

Steel strip is checked for thickness, chemical composition and mechanical properties before production.

2. Strip Forming

The strip is gradually formed into the required rectangular profile with controlled dimensions and corner geometry.

3. High-Frequency ERW Welding

The strip edges are heated and joined by high-frequency resistance welding. Key welding parameters are monitored for consistent weld quality.

4. Sizing & Straightening

The welded tube is sized and straightened to meet specified dimensions, tolerances and straightness requirements.

5. Cutting & End Processing

Tubes are cut to length. Beveling, flattening and other end processing are available as required.

6. Final Inspection

Finished tubes are checked for dimensions, surface condition and weld quality before shipment.
